The Real Estate Success Secret - Complete Integration

Did you know that an integrated CRM was one of the top 3 productivity tools that agents have started using or will start using?Did you know that over 80% of Agents have listings displayed on their site, but less than 30% of agents really get a sufficient number of leads from their website?Did you know that 80% of Real Estate Agents are Using Social Media, and over 60% are using multiple Social Media Outlets - but only about 5% know how to get a good return from Social Media?

The statistics in real estate are always interesting aren't they?  I could list out 10 other stats that bascially tell us the same thing - technology and internet tools are becoming more and more essential to successful agents and brokerages in the industry.The trick to growing your business and improving productivity is being able to successfully integrate the technology tools that are available out there.  Every agent out there is using a set of tools to try and achieve great results.  Typically, their lack of results is more a product of poor integration and interaction of their tools and solutions, than the actual tool itself.The right combination of solutions should look and feel like a seamless production line in a productive factory.  Each of your solutions should lead right to the next in a conveyor-belt fashion, so that leads don't get dropped, people are not forgotten, marketing is not wasted, and your time isn't spent on the wrong things.As an example, AgentX has spent a lot of time and money in the past on a variety of solutions without a lot of success.  She then decides to get her act together and find and setup the right solution.  Here's what it looks like:
